Sunflower Growth Update

Sunflowers at East Fork Farm are approaching six weeks old! These flowers had no shortage of encouragement from Minnie, the loving farm dog, who keeps a close watch over the fields.

Over the past few weeks, there's been limited sunshine due to persistent cloud cover, along with smoke drifting in from wildfires in New Jersey and Canada. Despite these challenges, the warm temperatures have created favorable conditions for the sunflowers. As long as the forecasted rain arrives in the coming days, the sunflowers will continue to thrive in the heat and sun.
